Define fix datasource expression for all formulars in one Excel file

If you want to fix a Report to a certain Datasource (despite what the user has as current datasoruce in his Jet Ribbon) you have to add this Information in every single formular in your Excel sheet. This can be a lot of work. It would be good to have the ability to define the datasource at one place in the Excel sheet withouth having to Change all Formulars.

Like all other filters, if you create a cell reference to a single cell in Excel, you can then change the data source in that single cell for every command on a worksheet or in a complete report. It's not clear to me why you would need this work differently than other filters. You then add your datasource as a pop-up in your Options tab (with a Lookup function) if you believe that the data source names are likely to change.

I concur with this one.  Or at least keep the data source memorized in the workbook.  Currently you can have 2 workbooks open, with 2 different data sources and it literally changes the datasource of the non-selected workbook to whatever is in the selected workbook

Alternatively, how about a Jet setting in Excel for "Automatically add filter for active Data Source"?
