This window should also allow you to select and copy the Jet version either through a "copy" button or making it so that the mouse can "select" that text. One of the most annoying things right now about submitting a support ticket is having to re-type the Jet version number. I suspect more people would submit their version number on their support ticket if it wasn't so dang annoying.
