When creating a conditional lookup field in jet data manager, you can either use a manually defined relation between the two tables or you have to join them together for each lookup field individually. I prefer to use relations that I define beforehand. I then only have to drag and drop the fields into the table. When changing the relation that I defined beforehand, however, the relations that already have been used for the lookup fields do not update as well. It would be great, if they do.
