Make reordering filters easier Merged

Since the order of filters in a Jet function can be important, being able to move around the filter rows in the Jfx more easily would be a time saver.  This would include the ability to insert/delete filter rows as well.

    ;you can do this by typing 2 commas at the right place in the Jet formula when viewing it in the Excel formula line.  then when you open it up in Jfx the space will be there.
