Faster initial table load for NAV datasources with multiple companies

Currently for NAV 2013 and later datasources, it can take a long time to load tables (Eg into browser, table builder or JFX) if there are many companies, leading to a poor user experience (For example a customer with 90 companies takes 60-90 seconds)

Although this can be mitigated by adding sysadmin permissions, I suggest a better solution would be to load the table schema based on the default company only as set in the datasource.

    This is a real issue, each time Jet open a company he re-load the entire schema for each company.

    We had to move a customer to Jet Enterprise because of this issue, but the customer was disapoited because the reason he bought jet in the first place was for real time financials reporting across mutiple companies.
