Jet Web Portal support on CONCAT function

Web Portal should support CONCATE function because some customers need to concatenate a range, like =concat(A1:B1). Number of rows is not fixed.
Concatenate is not able to handle this.

Since MS mention that CONCATENATE will be replaced by CONCATE function in the future, we probably should support that too.

    Hello,

    please support either function TEXTJOIN or CONCAT. CONCATENATE is deprecated and does not support joining ranges of text. CONCAT and TEXTJOIN both do.

    This is rather old and planned for quite some time I believe.
