No Refresh on Open

Upon opening a Jet report in Design mode, Jet recalculates the workbook.  This seems to be an unnecessary delay.  If the workbook has many formulas, the delay can be quite frustrating.  An option should be added to the Application Settings to disable recalculation on opening.  I believe that many users would welcome this.

    With the Jet 2019 release (19.0.18268.1), the add-in was changed from an XLAM to XLL add-in. With this change, Jet functions no longer recalculate when opening a workbook.

    Can you force a refresh of calculations in design mode I have some reports that I like to keep in design mode.
