Change data source or company on a report in the web portal

Without this ability, I am forced to either add Datasource= and Company= arguments and options to my reports, or upload multiple copies of a report for each datasource and/or company.

    Jet 2019 R2 (20.0.19116.1) - released April 30 2019

    The data source and/or company can be changed on a report after it has been uploaded to Jet Hub.
