Spice up Web Portal graphics like the Jet Report Player

Having the option to see a graphic of the report output would be a great visual feature for users. Us humans can identify images quicker than words generally. :)

    This idea also contributed by Myles Davis in Desktop Squad 19.0 Usability Validation Study on 7/24/18. Myles also wanted to upload his own custom image to the tile view of the reports in the web portal as a way to tag or color code reports.
