Ability to keep Excel Table formatting when using Jet Table Builder

Users are annoyed that they have to update table formatting when a NL(Table) is updated. Jet reports should remember the formatting when the report is updated.

    In other words, Jet should allow table formatting to be defined through the NL Table function.
