Change default path for BC from v1.0 to v2.0

The default web service instance for a BC data source starts with /v1.0/

But this support page says to change this to /v2.0/

The default page size is also 1 MB, but this support page says to change this to 10 MB


Why not change the default path to /v2.0/, and the default page size to 10MB to make things easier on the user?
