The property "Instance" on the Data Source Setup should be sharable when configuring data sources via the Jet Hub / Jet Service Tier.

Right now, when you connect users to the Jet Service Tier so you can globally manage your company's data source connections you still have to go through every data source connection and make sure the Instance is setup properly. (For every single user)

This defeats the purpose of setting up globally managed data source connections.
