I would really appreciate feature which could help me delete old Runs and Versions of the reports in some collective way (not one by one).

Hello Andrzej, as a workaround, until there is a better solution at hand, you can change the owner of a report. You then have the option to tranfer run history or not. This should at least get rid of the runs.
