Jut Hub Support for Excel SWITCH

SWITCH and IFS are very common programmatic Excel functions and should be supported in the Jet Hub.

    The original idea was to add support for both SWITCH and IFS. I am breaking these out into 2 separate ideas as they would be implemented separately.
