Jet Budgets- edit work item once already sent- eg to add another code in rather than doing whole thing again

The ability to go back into a work item once sent and add accounts/dimensions to it. This would be useful as often when you go through the budget process, new areas of spend/income are identified and it would be good to quickly add these accounts in rather than have to redo the whole item
