Often customer wants salesinvoicelines and salesceditnotelines.  and if it needs to be fast you use table builder.  but since it's 2 different table you can't combine them.  and then you can't get them in the same pivot afterwards.  i would be really neat to have a combine option of some sort.     this also goes for sales and orders.   we are talking bigger extracts, where tables are prefered from row function.
