For Dynamics NAV and Business Central data sources I want to be able to add "Application Intent" parameter for SQL connection Merged

It would be very helpful for performance purposes to be able to use the Read-Only replica of the NAV (BC) database in a High Availability architecture. In Azure SQL for some services tier you can have free of charge a Read-Only replica. You can use this replica for Jet reports or any other read only reports.
