I used the grid view in the Jet Web Portal to make sure that I remembered to share a new report with the appropriate users.  In the Jet Hub, you have to click on every report to make certain it has been shared.  While the intent is always there to share after the upload, it is easy to just move on to something else while waiting for the upload to complete.
