We have end users in the Sales Team that need to be able to see their report with only their data. They're just viewers, they can't refresh or change the data. But If they run a report in Jet Hub/Portal, and download it, the report is still in the Design mode it was uploaded with. Not the completed Run state. Scheduling the report send it in Run Mode, but downloading does not. Designers can always select design mode, end users without Jet or that are just viewers, should not.
