when creating a pivot table, the language of the cube list is related to your regional format settings used for windows. I think this is rather unhandy. I think it makes more sense to relate the list of these cubes to the language set for the Jet Ribbon, e.g, because it is a Jet Ribbon related window anyway.

Example: I live in Germany but use Office and Windows in English. So my regional format settings are set to German, all display languages are set to English. Everything that displays words is in English, except the Cubes list :)
