Add "Jet Hub URL Change" as a function in the Jet Services Administration Shell

It would be great if you could change the Jet Hub URL from the Jet Services Administration Shell instead of having to run a full uninstall/reinstall of Jet.

      You can change URL manually in:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Jet Hub\Identity\appsettings.xml,
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Jet Hub\Web.config
      Set-JetServiceTierSettings -JetHubUrl
