CSV isn't the same all over the world.
Though the USA default is comma separated with a decimal dot, a lot of countries differ.
In The Netherlands e.g., the 'standard' is semi-colon separated with a decimal comma.
Please incorparate the regional settings of the OS and Excel into the way CSV is generated, or give the option to define them in the schedular.
