Currently when a dropdown slicer is being used the user must select one value. There are times where this is definitely useful but it would also be great to have an option to select ALL as well, this way the user can see values for all members as well as pick an individual one. I ran into this recently where I couldn't use this dropdown slicer because they wanted to see everything but have the option for them to them pick a specific department. This could also be an optional thing (similar to the checkbox for multiselect) so that the user can control if the ALL option is available or if they user is forced to pick a single value. This would be the most flexible way to implement it.
