If you are using jet scheduler which is set to send refreshed reports via SMTP server you can experience sometimes random errors related to the network / connection between machine and smtp server like "the remote name could not be resolved". It can be happen especially when you schedule many tasks. In this case report will be not send successfully. Good idea would be add option that will be try send report again when this type of error will be appear.
