Execute a Jet Web Portal report from an external source

This would likely be implemented in a URL with parameters and some specification of the action to be taken -  generate PDF (or Excel) or open in browser.

      Absolutely necessary if Jet Reports Web Portal should be a central source of BI Information in a Company.
