Increase Jet Portal/Hub Timeout

It would be great if we could increase the Jet Web Portal timeout from 20 minutes to >30minutes. Even better would be the ability to configure Jet Web Portal timeout for all users. Thanks!

This is much needed, please! This is hindering our ability to convince users to use the Hub instead of locally saved copies (version-control issue).
