Extend Hub session timeout Merged

As a new user of the Hub, I'm finding the short session time to be an annoyance. If we want to motivate users to share reports on the Hub rather than keep local copies, then we should not require them to log in multiple times daily. I vote for a longer session time than 20 minutes.
