@Johannes: I think Bartek was trying to say "same as we currently have [in the desktop scheduler of not attaching report]." Though the desktop scheduler is not able to include a link.
Our goal is ultimately to create parity between the 2 schedulers.
To go along with this idea, the hub (portal) would also need the ability to refresh a report for others, such as in this idea:

I don't see an option to send a notification from within the web portal that a certain report has been updated recently and that it can be opened via a link that is sent along with the e-mail. I also really would like to see this! So we don't have to send the reports attached to the e-mail every time. Waste of storage space (keeping it for 10 years, sending the mail to a bunch of users, some reports being ~1MB of size and so on).
Anyway, the users shall be motivated to use the jet hub, because it's a great feature!
Hi Steve, yes the link leading to the portal, thus users don't have to waste their time looking for the report. This option also requires to send the message without the attachment (same as we currently have).
Hi Bart, Are you thinking of the link going back to a report that exists in the Jet Web Portal? That would be good for internal users, but not so good for external users. Or were you thinking of something else?
