Specifically when you are upgrading the Jet Service Tier on one of your servers it would be nice if it detected the service and its settings so that you don't have to choose/enter your service account, database server and database.
This would be especially helpful when there is IT staff turnover at an organization that doesn't know what the Jet Service Tier is, how it works, and what all of the settings are for it.
