Currently, Jet Excel Add-In's SQL data source does not have the ability to specify ApplicationIntent switch. This is a very useful feature for customers who has SQL AAG cluster with read-only database for reporting service.

If Jet Reports had this feature, customers could connect to this read-only replica of their NAV database on the SQL cluster to run reports. Using main database for reporting would negatively impact the performance of the NAV environment.
